In your workspace, go to Settings → WhatsApp.

Enter the phone number you use on WhatsApp and save it to the workspace.

Tap Open WhatsApp Business to start a chat with the Postsiva number.

Will it post without asking me?
Postsiva acts on what you ask in the chat. If something is unclear, like where to post, it asks before publishing.
Can I use it for customer support chats?
No. This is a private chat between you and Postsiva for managing your workspace, not a shared inbox for your customers.
