Instagram DMs
Run your Postsiva workspace from an Instagram DM chat with the Postsiva account.
Message the official Postsiva Instagram account and link it to your workspace once with an API key. After that, you get the same Postsiva agent as on WhatsApp right inside Instagram Direct Messages. Ask it to write, publish or schedule posts, and send photos or videos to use in them.

How it works
- 01
Create an API key
In your workspace, go to Settings → Instagram DM and follow the link to create or copy a workspace API key.

Message the Postsiva account
Open Instagram, go to Direct Messages and start a chat with the official Postsiva account.

Send your API key once
Paste the key in that chat. Postsiva links your Instagram account to the workspace and confirms it.

Start chatting
Ask Postsiva to write, post or schedule content, just like any other chat.
Questions
Is this an inbox for my own Instagram DMs?
No. It lets you talk to the Postsiva agent through Instagram. It does not read or answer messages sent to your own account.
Which plan do I need?
Instagram DM is listed as a Pro feature. Check the pricing page for what your plan includes today.
Is it safe to send my API key?
The key is only used once to link your account. Treat it like a password, and delete it under API keys if it leaks.
