Trigger Postsiva posts and drafts from thousands of Zapier apps using your workspace API key.
Zapier lets you start Postsiva actions when something happens in another app, like a new sheet row or form answer. There is no native Postsiva app in Zapier yet, so you connect with Webhooks by Zapier or the MCP Client by Zapier, using a workspace API key against the Postsiva REST API.
What you can do
- Publish a post to one or more connected networks when a Zap runs
- Save posts as drafts so a person can review them before they go live
- Publish a saved draft later from a separate approval Zap
- Turn sheet rows, form answers, or new blog posts into social posts
- Use Code by Zapier for custom logic, like shorter captions per network
- Connect through the MCP Client by Zapier with the same API key
How it works

Create a workspace API key
In Postsiva, open Settings and then API Keys, and create a key for this workspace. API keys need the Pro plan.

Add a webhook or MCP step in Zapier
Add a Webhooks by Zapier POST action, or add a connection with MCP Client by Zapier using the server URL shown in Postsiva settings.

Add your key and request
Send your key in the X-API-Key header (or as the bearer token for MCP) and fill in the post text and platforms. The request formats are at docs.postsiva.com.

Test and turn on the Zap
Run a test, check the post or draft in Postsiva, then switch the Zap on.
Questions
Is there an official Postsiva app in Zapier?
Not yet. Today you connect with Webhooks by Zapier, Code by Zapier, or MCP Client by Zapier, all using your Postsiva workspace API key.
Which plans do I need?
Postsiva API keys are part of the Pro plan. On the Zapier side, webhook steps usually need a paid Zapier plan.
How do I keep my API key safe?
Store it in Zapier Storage or a connection instead of typing it into shared Zaps. You can delete a key in Postsiva settings at any time.
