How it works
- 01
Create an API key on DEV
On dev.to, open Settings, then Extensions, and generate a DEV Community API key.

Connect in Postsiva
Open Integrations, choose Dev.to, paste the key and save.

Write your article
Write it in the blog composer, add tags, a cover image and a canonical URL if it first ran on your own blog.

Publish or schedule
Publish right away or pick a date and time.
Questions
Can I reply to DEV comments from Postsiva?
Not yet. You can read comments in Postsiva, but DEV's API does not support replying or moderating, so you answer them on dev.to.
How many tags can I add?
DEV allows up to 4 tags per article.
Will cross-posting hurt my SEO?
Set the canonical URL to the original article and DEV will point search engines back to it.
